Due to Covid -19 and until further notice, appointments will be structured as follows:

Patients

  • We will have patients wait in their vehicle until texted or called to come in for their appointment.

  • All patients must wear a face mask. (Bring your own. if unable to, we will provide one while supplies last).

  • Please relieve yourself before coming to the office to minimize restroom usage.

  • We will provide nitrile gloves when you enter. This will minimize restroom usage and increase everyone’s safety.

  • Please do not bring others to your appointment unless necessary for physical assistance. If you do, they must follow the same patient safety guidelines

  • All appointments / treatments will be single issue focus and completed in 15 minutes or less, without exception, including New Patient Appointments

  • New patient forms will be available, completed and returned online by email.

  • All patients must exit the facility promptly upon completion of their appointment

  • You are required to cancel your appointment if:

    • You have or had any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, aches, or CoVid19 symptoms, etc., or is caring for,  or have been exposed to someone who has or had similar symptoms/condition within the past 14 days prior to your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any appointment and/or refuse service for any reason if deemed necessary for the safety of our staff and patients.

Doctor, Staff & Facility

  • We will follow all Federal, State & local guidelines for safe reopening and operation.

  • Appointments will be scheduled to allow ample time to disinfect equipment and treatment rooms and for changing of doctor and staff personal protective equipment between each patient.

Payment & Fees

  • To minimize exposure, we recommend you pre-pay for services online when booking your appointment(s).

  • Those patients with pre-paid care package balances may resume care using the previous fee schedule.
